The SIRONEX SIB 40 L CO₂ Insufflator is a medical-grade CO₂ insufflation system designed for controlled gas delivery during laparoscopic procedures. It supports Veress Mode and Trocar Mode, with adjustable pressure from 4 to 30 mmHg.

In Trocar Mode, the system provides adjustable gas flow from 1 to 40 LPM, while Veress Mode provides a fixed 2 LPM flow. The unit features a high-brightness seven-segment LED display with feather-touch keypad, audio indication and over-pressure indication.
