The SIRONEX MAXIMA is a 400W electrosurgical unit operating at 480 kHz, designed to provide advanced monopolar and bipolar electrosurgical functions in a single system.

The unit features a touchscreen display, 100 user-configurable programs, tissue response circuit and patient plate monitoring system. It provides a wide range of cutting and coagulation modes for different electrosurgical requirements. 

The MAXIMA includes multiple monopolar cutting modes such as Pure Cut, Precise Cut, Blend 1–5 and Endocut 1–3, along with several monopolar coagulation modes and bipolar Micro, Macro, Bi-Coag and Bi-Cut functions.
